SURPRISE! You DO NOT have to have your entire senior portrait session done by your "school photographer!" Let them do your yearbook photo and I'll do all the fun photos! We will photograph a mix of contemporary and classic style so both you and your parents will love your set of Senior Portraits!!
You have finally made it! You're about to graduate and forever be a new person. Let's celebrate what makes you unique in your Senior Portrait Session. I want to see YOU in every photo we take. I want you to bring your sports stuff, your band instrument, your car, even the dog! Show me what makes you unique? Maybe you just like to drink Dr. Pepper and look at your phone.... bring it!
We are going to have so much fun creating your unique senior portraits in San Diego.
Your portrait session will be custom designed by Gretchen with your personal goals in mind. Prior to your session, we'll have a consultation to discuss a few topics, including:
Most Seniors choose our Ultimate Senior Portrait session. This will include a studio session and location session (same day) so you get awesome indoor and outdoor portraits. Plan to be busy for about 2 1/2 hours from start to finish! This includes unlimited changes of clothing (usually people do 5-7 changes), a beautiful drape formal portrait (yes, I know the school photographer does this, but just wait until you see the one I do), all the personality and charisma you can pack into a portrait session. I encourage you to bring props that belong to you and show off your interests! I've had people bring everything from a can of Dr. Pepper to a horse to their Ultimate Session! Siblings, dogs, best friends, and cars are also common "props" to bring along. We'll talk more about this and I'll help you make a list of what to bring!
Looking for something a little simpler? Sometimes 2 1/2 hours is too much camera time for you. I get that. For a shorter in-studio session with a nearby location for outdoor portraits, the Basic Senior Portrait Session includes about an hour of photography, 3 changes of clothes, a formal portrait or drape, and an invitation to bring your own props to show off your personality and interests.
